What ways can I pay for this art?


We use PayPal's shopping cart & card "swipe" verification system. This system allows you to pay by your credit or debit card and it takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You do not have to join, register or even sign into Paypal to make a payment from USA accounts. If you prefer not to pay online, please see the Mailing Payments page or call us at 1-800-230-9020 ext 6 to place an order by phone. Note: It is ALWAYS FASTER to place your orders online.

Who is Paypal/How safe are they?


Paypal is the largest internet shopping system (read paragraph above for how it works). They handled eBay transactions for years and are now owned by them. With over 56 million members, they certainly are doing something right! We have used their services for over 8 years without a single problem. Fraud is possible anywhere online or off. Internet problems are mainly from folks falling for fraud emails. If you get one, go directly to the real company's website to verify, NOT thru the link in the email! NOTE: We do not (nor any Paypal merchant) get your card number, so we can't bill extra items for you later.

I need my Order shipped ASAP!


For "Rush" orders, first check for your item# on our "Art in Stock" page. If you find it there, we should have it ready to mail or if unexpectedly sold out, would be expecting a shipment very shortly. You may also want to choose "Rush" shipping from the shopping cart choices for only $2.50 more and this will have it come by Priority Mail or FedEx depending on the value. If you MUST have the art by a certain deadline, please email us at sales@jesusartusa.com or call 800-230-9020 ext 6 to verify stock on hand & delivery time frames. We will do our best to have your art arrive in time.

Is there a discount for large quantities?


We am often approached by churches, businesses or individuals with this question. For churches, we offer a "fund raiser" program. Otherwise, if your needs are for quantities of 10 or more, email us the item numbers and sizes and we will see what we can do. Our discount varies widely by supplier so it really depends on which items you request. See Fundraiser/Bulk Buys for more info.

What is your return policy?


Honestly we hadn't developed one because we have had so very, very few! If you are dissatisfied with the quality versus price, because the art is defective in some way or if there is any damage in shipment, just let us know! We are working for our Lord, not for unfair profit. You must notify us of your complaint within 2 weeks and the art must be returned in the condition you received it. If damaged, you must keep the damaged carton until notified for our shipping claim. Full or partial credit can be easily issued as agreed. Also see notes below. Email staff@jesusartusa.com or call our cell at 800-230-9020 ext 6 if you have any questions.

1) Special Orders: Individual art items costing over $50.00 are often special ordered and non-returnable unless defective. Email us prior to your order if you have any concerns.

2) Shipping charges: Sadly it seems some folks buy the pictures to scan them for other purposes (illegal on 90%) and then want to return them? If we see the image is indeed not as it should be, we will offer to trade/fix/replace and credit the return shipping. If you no longer want the image in any form, then we just credit what you paid for the item itself.

3) Edge damage: We are promising the image itself will arrive intact. We cannot be responsible for any damage to any extra border around the image.

4) Contact us for instructions on how to return any art. We cannot be responsible for return costs and/or damages incured from your choice of carrier.
