How fast will My Order be Mailed Out?

This depends on whether the item(s) are "stocked" or not. Note the item numbers you want and check our Stocked Art Page (90% of sales are here in stock). You can choose to add Rush Delivery ($2.50 more) from your shopping cart shipping choices.

A rare few items are very slow to get. Items may be mailed seperately. You can cancel for full credit any out of stock item under $50. Special ordered art items (framed, canvas, signed) over $50 may be un-refundable if you request to cancel over 3 days from placing your order.

How will the art be packaged/shipped?


Most art is shipped in stiff, flat art mailers, normally up to 11x14s. Larger items usually come in tubes of various sizes. These will come by your regular postal carrier. Rush mailings may come by Priority mail or FedEx. Framed, canvas and statue items are shipped in various cartons as protects them best. Small ones may come thru the postal service but most are shipped by FedEx. Many large framed are shipped direct from the publisher. NOTE: FedEx can't deliver to PO Boxes so PLEASE give a street address for rush, large or expensive items. (ps- work address is faster for you, a bit cheaper for us and usually safer!)

Mailing to a Different Address


The "last" shopping cart page (the page after filing in your credit card info) shows the billing address to ship to about mid way down. Just click the "change" link beside it and enter the different name & address you want the art sent to. If you have already completed your order, quickly email the info to us at sales@jesusartusa.com or call 800-230-9020 ext 6 if you don't have email.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries


Praises we have very, very few problems. If your order is lost or damaged, we will gladly resend. Depending on cost, items may be tracked and/or insured. If this is the case, there is a form we submit to the shipper that you may have to verify. You must keep the damaged carton until notified that we have cleared the claim with the shipper! Also damaged items usually must be returned either to us or the shipper (depending on the situation) for replacement or credit.
