Framed or Any Item over $50 costs more to ship?
| The answer here is Yes. As stated in our rate tables above, ALL framed items or any SINGLE art item costing over $50 must choose our "Ground" shipping rate from the shopping cart to cover the package, insurance & weight differences. Our "Standard" & "Rush" shipping rates are figured for shipping our under $50 art offerings, but do know the "Ground" rate for these special items does include Rush by default! Sadly those seeking Christian art are truly rare these days and so our ministry cannot afford an expensive shopping cart system that auto figures the rates correctly for all our various items. If you miss choosing Ground for these items, we email you a link to pay the difference. Does the rate seem high? While we sometimes gain on east coast orders, those west are more often short. Some artists charge over $20 to ship a large print! We balance these costs over all & adjust where we can. If you can supply a true business shipping address, see Adjustments answer below. |

My ship rate seems high/low. Can you adjust?
| As stated in the answer above, we have to work within the options of our Paypal shopping cart. Usually our 3 rate choices of Standard, Rush or Ground (for all framed or items over $50) will figure your rate correctly. If your rate seems too low, then you probably didn't choose "Ground" for that framed or expensive item. If it seems too high, then you may have ordered many small items that just ran the shipping up. If so, do email us to check your rate. Gas & therefore shipping costs continue to rise but we strive to keep the best rates on the net. If you forget to choose Ground when applicable, we will email you a pay link for the difference. If your Ground rate seems high & you can supply us a true business address for delivery, we can usually adjust that as well. We rarely profit on shipping and often lose on rural addresses & west coast orders. Just email or call us to review your ship rates if needed. |

How fast will My Order be Mailed Out?
This depends on whether the item(s) are "stocked" or not. Note the item numbers you want and check our Stocked Art Page (90% of sales are kept in stock). You can choose to add Rush Delivery ($2.50 more) from your shopping cart shipping choices.
A few rare vintage items are very slow to get. Items may be mailed seperately. You can cancel for full credit any out of stock item under $50. Special art items such as framed, canvas, signed costing over $50 that are "made to order" or shipped direct from the publish may be un-refundable (unless defective) if you request to cancel after we process your order. REMEMBER to add "staff@jesusartusa.com" to your email "friends" list so you receive our notifications! Contact us to discuss whatever your concerns or needs are. Most art is shipped in stiff, flat art mailers, normally up to 11x14s. Larger items usually come in tubes of various sizes. These will come by your regular postal carrier. Rush mailings may come by Priority mail or FedEx. Framed, canvas and statue items are shipped in various cartons as protects them best. Small ones may come thru the postal service but most are shipped by FedEx. Many large framed are shipped direct from the publisher. NOTE: FedEx can't deliver to PO Boxes so PLEASE give a street address for rush, large or expensive items. (ps- work address is faster for you, a bit cheaper for us and usually safer!) | ||||||||||||||||||||||

The "last" shopping cart page (the page after filing in your credit card info) shows the billing address to ship to about mid way down. Just click the "change" link beside it and enter the different name & address you want the art sent to. If you have already completed your order, quickly email the info to us at sales@jesusartusa.com or call 800-230-9020 ext 6 if you don't have email.
