NOTE: EMAIL us the same day you place your order with your address formatted correctly if you cannot do so from the shopping cart!

How long does it take to arrive?

Due to terrorist activities, shipments through customs are slower and many sent by "Economy" mail are taking over a month to arrive! Even those sent by "Priority" mail may take 2-3 weeks depending on the country. Also there is often a duty tax owed on your end that must be paid and so your postal service may hold the art? We recommend you contact your postal office for details on how the shipment will arrive and how duties (if any) are to be paid to receive. Please consider all possible delays and costs to you BEFORE ordering! Lastly, see note above for help on correctly formatting the address!

Do You guarantee delivery of the art?

Note: Due to postal conditons in most countries, we cannot gaurentee delivery or refund for undelivered items. This is also why we offer 2 shipping options with one that includes postal tracking (see shipping costs below). Mostly I recommend if at all possible to have items ordered by and shipped to friends in the USA and have them ship your art to you. We have lost very, very few overseas shipments, but some have taken almost 2 months to arrive? If you choose Priority/tracked shipping, there are tracking numbers to help you investigate if there is a problem.

What ways can I pay for this art?

You must make your payments through the Paypal system. They work in many countries and currencies. You can check their website at Paypal.com to see if they handle transactions from your country. You may have to join PayPal (its free!) to be able to pay in US currency? Their website will advise.

To see what your total cost is in your currency, please total your purchase cost (with shipping) in US dollars and then use the conversion info found here. Rates are changing frequently and so we offer this link as the best estimate we have found. Your rate may vary by the day ordered.

What is the cost of overseas shipping?

We offer 2 choices for international shipping of most items. The first is the economy airmail rate which is cheaper but has no tracking (see question #3). Second is global priority airmail which is faster and has tracking information for you but costs much more from the postal service. See the rate choices below for your country which will show in your cart.

Also know that most countries charge a duty tax on the value of the shipment that you must pay. You will need to check with your postal office for the amount of this charge and how to pay there to receive the shipment.

Can you send me free prints?

I get tons of requests from overseas folks wanting free art. I am sorry, but our business is not non-profit and so the only financial support that keeps this art ministry going is from art sales. Also most of our suppliers have us under contract where they set our prices and we are not allowed to discount or give prints away. You can get free pictures sent to you overseas from this Operation Jesus website.
